ABOUT WILD CHURCH FRESNO

Wild Church seeks to encounter God in the wilderness and create beloved community re-connected with creation.

GATHERINGS AND EVENTS

We meet once a month, usually on the banks of the San Joaquin River outside of Fresno. We also have a monthly hike to explore our watershed.

AN AFFIRMING COMMUNITY

Wild Church Fresno is an open and affirming congregation, and we welcome LGBTQ+ people to to participate and serve in all aspects of our community and leadership. 


We are rooted in the Anabaptist, Christian tradition of following Jesus, and recognize the Divine image in all. We invite you to join us, wherever you are on your spiritual journey, including if you come from another faith tradition or no faith tradition.

We respectfully acknowledge the ongoing presence of Yokuts Indigenous Peoples, the traditional stewards of the land where we gather. May we learn to be good neighbors as land and water protectors in this place.
